Starting off the *bat* with your sketch, it's really great, I love the posing of it and the concept behind it, simple and cute! the angle and form of the face is really great, and I love the lil' eyelashes!

Your coloring here is really good, you've simplified and honed your techniques and it's really assisted in defining the structure of Cocoa's anatomy. It's simple enough that it still fits with the style, and complex (and accurate) enough that it keeps it from looking flat. The placement of the lighting itself is good, and i'd say you've gotten better, and more confident at deciding what should and shouldn't be in shadow.

Tips for next time!! I really like how you draw hair (you should already know that) and the mane and top of the tail is really great in terms of form. If I was to change anything, it would be how the tail is draped on the box. I'd probably have it draped over the edge and pooling on the floor to give it a more natural form. (NOT THAT I COULD DO A BETTER JOB x3).

This came out really nice, and I'm glad to see it finished! Keep up that improvement curve!
